Mold Infested Flooring in Fairfax, VA

This wooden floor had to be partially removed and replaced due to mold that had accumulated under it due to a past burst pipe that leaked into the flooring earlier in the year. Although the homeowners had attempted to ensure that the water had been dried from the burst pipe, there was still enough left over under the flooring that it allowed mold to grow until an odor was produced that alerted the homeowners to it's presence. After calling in our SERVPRO team, we were able to take apart and replace the mold affected flooring within several days of the original call.
