Water Damage Testimonials

They came and repaired a water leak that had affected three floors, including a ceiling that came down and floors that were ruined. They also took out some old carpet, and cleaned an area carpet. The work turned out really well!

We had a basement pipe flood with kitchen waste and it went EVERYWHERE.  Gray water was under flooring, in two different rooms, and just nasty.  I called them as soon as the plumber was done fixing the pipe, and they arrived two hours later, right when they said they would.  Within just a couple hours, they had cleaned everything, pulled up the tile that needed to be removed, and salvaged the walls (only needed to remove the trim at the bottom).  When they were finished, the rooms looked better than before the flood.

The guy in charge was super nice to deal with..  They also did a great job going through the basement window with as much as they could, and not dragging equipment through my house.

I was very pleased with their services, and we would definitely use them in the future.

Outstanding same day service!  Had a main water line burst within our utility room partially flooding our basement.  Evan Manguiat, the SERVPRO crew chief was extremely professionally, knowledgeable, and thorough.  Since our house was a new home, we were very concerned with mold, but Evan's team ensured that all the insulation and carpet padding that was damaged was completely removed.  Would definitely use them again!

We had a minor flooding in our basement due to leaking water heater.  The inspector came to our home just few hours later.  He was professional and honest.  In fact, he was so honest that he gave me plenty of advice on how to fixe the issue ourselves.  He said that they are willing to take the job, but would cost less if we were to do it ourselves.

I was very impressed by him; he didn't have to give the details on how to fixe the problem, but he did.  He also didn't charge us any fees for coming out.

If we ever have a job that is beyond our ability to fix I would definitely use them.

This SERVPRO responded to an emergency situation the same afternoon. Their technicians were were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They provided an accurate estimate and started work immediately. They had all the right equipment with them to do the job, which consisted of pulling up soaked carpet, removing soaked padding, vacuuming up water, and finding areas of the wall that had gotten damp. They brought in blowers to dry the carpet, and returned daily to check on progress and to treat the carpet with anti-mold chemicals. Thanks to their quick response and quality equipment no drywall had to be removed/replaced.

SERVPRO helped us clean up and rebuild our kitchen after our dishwasher ruined our hardwood floors and one of our cherry kitchen cabinets. The process went very smoothly and quickly. These guys even found a match for our 10 year old cabinet that got ruined

Coming home to a flooded basement is NOT the ideal Sunday afternoon. After all of our torrential rain we checked before we left for brunch and just being gone a few short hours already had 2 inches of water in the basement!

Panic set in and knowing how busy all the restoration companies would be with other flooded houses we were left to despair thinking that we would wake up again tomorrow with mold. Luckily Melissa from SERVPRO dispatched a team do water techs that not only came out the same day but started the work immediately.

We had dehumidifiers and fans in our house for about a week and the job was done right and we were able to save a lot of our belongings!!! We have connections to other companies and even they couldn’t get someone out the same day. I am so thrilled with their response time and customer service and will definitely refer them to anyone I know inside or outside of Loudoun County!

Having suffered major water damage to my Condo through another owners negligence, I was RESCUED by WONDERFUL people from SERVPRO of Loudoun County!

Sabrina immediately gave me a GREAT feeling of relief, in discussing the situation and instilling confidence that they would take the best care of me and my belongings. Jeff came out to see the situation firsthand, and to determine what would be needed in the way of helping hands, boxes, and vehicles.

Then Daisy came with her crew of Phouch, Ali, Erick, Dock, Alma, and Luz and they worked so very hard until they were “dismissed” at 4pm by our building engineer. I tried to reason with him, that this was an emergency, but he said those were the rules.

After a Scathing email to the Management Company I was assured that the next day, the crew would be allowed to stay until the job had been completed. So, Daisy came back a second day with Ali, Erick, Phouch, Qusay, Martha, and Jenifer. All of these fine folks took such pride in their work, and were the proverbial “Well-Oiled-Machine” with smiles on their faces and happy banter amongst them. I was SO pleased, that I took them all across the street for a relaxing lunch at Chipotle(their choice)

I hope to never have to get everything out of my living space in that great of a hurry again. But if I should ever find myself in that situation, I KNOW I would call on SERVPRO of Loudoun County, who would undoubtedly, rise to the occasion!
